Myriam Adams (born 1971) grew up with her grandparents in the Eifel region in germany. As a child, her favorite place was the forest. Later, she moved to Düsseldorf to live with her parents and worked in sales after completing her training as a freight forwarding agent. From 1995 to 2006, she lived in Wales (UK), where her interest in alternative healing practices developed. Starting in 2003, she learned various methods of (energy) healing and eventually became self-employed as a massage therapist. Through an unwanted relationship with a narcissist, Myriam learned early in life to set healthy boundaries. She learned to turn life crises into opportunities. Myriam Adams offers seminars and workshops on "Holistic Self-Discovery" and "Working with the Subconscious." Her current focus is on "Resolving the transgenerational transmission of emotional burdens" and "Successfully letting go of the victim role." Myriam has trained in SRT, EFT, TBT, and other holistic approaches to support individuals in overcoming life’s obstacles and finding greater inner peace. For six years, she was part of an EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) supervision group with Maya de Vries in Germany, meeting every 6–8 weeks (except during holidays), which significantly enriched her experience and understanding.
